1 Bran bread (Medium sized)
1 Whole Egg Fried (1 tsp Olive Oil)
15g unsalted Nuts
1 Medium-Sized Apple
1 cup tea (150ml Low-fat milk)
Lunch :
150 grams cooked brown rice(boiled)
2 Chicken kebabs (20 grams each)
150 grams of cooked lentils (1tbsp Olive Oil)
One cup of Veggie Salad
Dinner :
Okra Chicken
50g raw okra 150g raw chicken (1tbsp oil)
Roti (50g whole-wheat flour)
Pudina Raita (100g full fat yogurt)
