On October 4, 2022, as part of the opening of the IUK University Clinic “A Medical Clinic”, on the basis of the International School of Medicine of the IUK, an International Conference was held: “Modern trends in academic medicine: problems and prospects for the development of university clinics”. The conference program included speakers from Istinye University and Liv Hospital (Turkey), also made presentations by professors from ISM IUK.

The conference was held in the Novotel Bishkek conference hall, where, after a panel discussion, the speakers made interesting presentations on the use of modern technologies and current approaches in laparoscopic surgery, oncogynecology and other areas of medicine.

The event was attended by practicing doctors in Bishkek, as well as the faculty of the ISM IUK.
