Dr. Zeeshan Ismat, Professor of Geosciences at Franklin & Marshall College, visited Lahore University of Management Sciences to deliver a collaborative seminar organized by Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering, MGSHSS LUMS, and the Centre for Water Informatics and Technology (WIT-LUMS).

Her lecture examined how climate change, groundwater depletion, and geological dynamics are reshaping water security in Pakistan, and highlighted the potential of a hybrid, community-driven approach for developing more resilient and sustainable water management solutions.
