Balanced diet is key. Stretching at home also helps to keep the muscles work and blood flow across your body. If you keep sitting on that chair, your muscles will contract and you will feel the body aches. You must have a proper intake of water. Control the caffeine. Eat a proper lunch. Take breaks and exercise.

Dont worry. Its only a matter of time. We must keep ourselves motivated. Make a task list. Place a tick infront of it once youve achieved it. Treat yourself to a chocolate at home.
