Now well into Week 2 of the Management Development Programme (MDP) at REDC, LUMS, participants are immersed in a dynamic learning journey shaped by rigorous faculty-led sessions and the invaluable perspective of distinguished guest speaker Mr. Abdul Razzak Dawood. With each session, participants are being challenged to move beyond functional silos and engage with the broader dynamics that shape organisational performance in today’s fast-evolving business environment.

Through rigorous discussions, immersive learning experiences, and meaningful peer exchange, the programme continues to sharpen strategic thinking, strengthen managerial judgment, and expand leadership capacity. Beyond the classroom, MDP is also creating the foundation for lifelong associations among a diverse cohort of leaders, relationships built on shared learning, mutual reflection, and a common commitment to growth. More than a programme, it is a transformational experience where experienced professionals reflect, recalibrate, connect, and prepare to lead with greater impact.

In an environment where change is constant and disruption is inevitable, the real challenge is not recognising change — it is leading it effectively.

The Leading and Managing Change programme at the Rausing Executive Development Centre is designed to equip leaders and managers with the clarity, frameworks, and confidence required to navigate transformation and drive it with intent.

This programme goes beyond theory to focus on the human and strategic dimensions of change, enabling participants to align teams, manage resistance, and translate vision into sustained organisational impact. Through practical tools, real-world insights, and immersive learning, participants develop the capability to lead change not as an event, but as an ongoing leadership responsibility .

This programme enables professionals to learn beyond reactive approaches and develop a more strategic, people-centric perspective on leading change.

AI decisions are no longer technical—they are board-level. AI for the Boardroom (AIBR) by REDC is designed to support C-suite executives and board directors in navigating this shift with confidence and clarity.

AIBR focuses on what leaders need to know and oversee—from AI-driven strategy and risk to organisational readiness, governance frameworks, and responsible adoption. The programme moves beyond technology discussions to address how boards can ask the right questions, evaluate AI initiatives, and ensure alignment with long-term business priorities.

Through a structured, governance-led lens, participants gain the insight required to guide AI adoption responsibly, strengthen oversight, and sponsor innovation that delivers sustainable value.
