Currently under construction in the vibrant commercial heart of DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, this upcoming hospitality development is set to introduce a fresh and dynamic social destination to the city. Designed with an industrial aesthetic, the architecture embraces raw materials, exposed structural elements, and minimalist finishes—creating an atmosphere that is both contemporary and inviting.

The multi-level facility is thoughtfully programmed to offer a diverse mix of experiences under one roof. The ground level is anchored by a café and coffee shop, designed as open, light-filled spaces with outdoor spillover seating that encourages interaction and casual gatherings. A full-service restaurant occupies the first floor, offering elevated dining with curated interiors that balance industrial textures with warm, tactile elements.

The upper levels feature a modern pool hall and lounge area, providing a more intimate and relaxed environment for recreation and social engagement. Vertical circulation and open atrium spaces connect the different levels, creating visual continuity and a sense of openness throughout the building.

With its bold design language and curated hospitality offerings, this project aims to become a key lifestyle destination for both residents and visitors of DHA Phase 2. Opening soon, it promises to redefine casual luxury and leisure in one of Islamabad’s most active urban districts.
