Center for Language Engineering

A delegation of Professors from the Department of Linguistics and Computer Science from the University of Konstanz (Universität Konstanz) (Germany), University of Moratuwa , and University of Jaffna (Sri Lanka) visited the Center for Language Engineering (CLE), AL Khawarizmi Institute of Computer science, (KICS),, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore (UET) on November 10, 2025.
During the visit, the delegation met with the Vice Chancellor of UET Lahore to discuss the ongoing progress, impact, and future collaboration opportunities under the DAAD Germany-funded project “DigSAL: Addressing the Digital Divide for South Asian Languages.”
