Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions via email, live chat, and calls with international clients
Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses
Use CRM tools effectively to manage and resolve queries
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Kustomer
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a supervisory role
Comfortable working night shifts
Good command of MS Office and Excel
