PTV to produce series on the life of poet Mirza and Mughal Emperor .

The announcement was made by the Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday, revealing that after PTV News, the federal government is revamping PTV Sports and Entertainment.

It is pertinent to mention that the recent Turkish historic series Ghazi drew massive popularity in Pakistan after being aired on national TV. And it seems like the state-run Tv will be investing more in historic series in the future.
