Establish and implement training processes and strategies
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

We are a digital agency offering web development services to clients in North America. We are actively looking for a Project Manager to join our team at the office. Here is what we required from you.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless ex*****on of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within the scope
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills
• Preferably have 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiar with the task management tools like Asana, Monday, etc
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Optional
• Preferably have worked as a software developer with a solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Timings: 5pm - 2am Pakistan Time.

* Strong proficiency with JavaScript
* Strong Knowledge of ReactJS and
* Strong Knowledge of Node frameworks such as Express, StrongLoop, etc
* Solid understanding of asynchronous programming
* Good understanding of server-side templating languages Jade, EJS, etc
* Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
* Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
* Understanding of app/browser performance and techniques
* Ability to Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
* Track record of developing and leveraging existing reusable front-end patterns and components
* Experience developing against RESTful APIs
* Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable ReactJs application
* Ability to database schemas that represent and support business processes
* Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests will be a big plus
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
