A contemporary mixed-use commercial building designed with a clear visual hierarchy.
The lower floors feature a bold black façade paired with glazing, creating a strong street presence and inviting customers inside into commercial zone. In contrast, the upper floors transition into lighter, subtle tones with controlled openings, thoughtfully tailored to serve functional and comfortable office spaces above.
