To convert a buyer account into a seller account on eBay, you typically need to provide essential information and adhere to eBay's policies.

Importants points:

• When your account is set up as a buyer, you'll need to search on it for the first month

• In the UK, USA, and Canada, you must have a physical bank account for countries that have domains. For this, having a physical bank account is essential

• In countries where they don't have domains, they use a payoneer for payout.

• Pakistan is one such country that doesn't have its own domain, so we use Payoneer for payouts.

• Before creating an account, make at least a $100 purchase

How do we convert an eBay buyer account into a seller account ?

To convert your account to a seller account, first go to the account settings and select the payment method

Add Payment Method:

• Link a physical, verified bank account for receiving payments.

• Complete Identity Verification:

• Be prepared to provide identity verification documents, such as a driver's licence or passport, if requested by eBay.

• Create Seller Profile:

◦ Set up your seller profile with a seller username and feedback preferences.

• List Items for Sale:

◦ Start listing items for sale by clicking the "Sell" option and follow eBay's listing process.

Use of payoneer

• In Pakistan, where there is no local domain, we use a virtual bank account.

• In Pakistan, Payoneer is commonly used as virtual bank accounts

• We obtain payouts from Payoneer instead of using a physical bank account in Pakistan

The process of attaching Payoneer

Access Payment Settings:

Navigate to the payment settings or payout method section of the platform.

Select Payoneer:

Look for the option to add a payment method or link a Payoneer account. It might be labeled as "Add Payment Method" or "Link Payment Account." Click on it.

Provide Payoneer Details: You'll likely be asked to enter your Payoneer account details. This typically includes your Payoneer email address, account number, or other relevant information.

Important points:

• Your Payoneer account should have the same details as the ones used to create your original account

• If your Payoneer account does not have the same details, your account will reflect the details that you have on your Payoneer account

• If your Payoneer account has Pakistani details, there is a higher chance of your account getting suspended.
