Kyunkay fail hona sirf result nahi hota. Fail hona hota hai:

· Ghar walon ki woh khamoshi jo sawaal nahi karti, magar bata deti hai.
· Doston ke woh messages jo aana band ho jatay hain.
· Woh rishtedaar jo pehlay puuchte thay "CSS ki tayari kaisi chal rahi hai?" — ab puuchte hain "ab kya kar rahe ho?"

Aur sab se mushkil hota hai — apnay aap ko aainay mein dekhna.

𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝘆𝗲 𝗯𝗵𝗶 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝗶:

Iss mulk mein sab se zyada capable log woh hain jo CSS clear na kar sakay. Kyunkay CSS sirf capability nahi dekhti. Dekhti hai: timing, taqdeer, examiner ka mood, English ka paper, aur woh aik sawaal jo aapki zindagi badal deta hai.

12,000 logon ka "fail" hona individual failure nahi — systemic filtering hai. Aur yeh filtering capability ki nahi, elimination strategy ki hai.

CSS 2025 Final Result — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝟐.𝟕%

FPSC has spoken. 12,792 appeared. 355 passed. 170 recommended. The pass percentage stands at roughly 2.7% .

First, to the 355 who made it — including Usaid Rafiq, Muhammad Mohsin Khalid, and Tariq Hafeez at the top — heartfelt congratulations. You earned it. Sincerely.

But this post is not mainly for them.

This post owns the 97.3%.

The 12,437 who studied the same books, sat the same exams, dreamed the same dreams — and did not see their roll number on that list.

The silence in the room when the result loads.
The "almost there" margin.
The English Essay that passed everything else but failed one paper .
The years. The money. The hope.

Let's talk candidly about what hurts:

Academies across this country are already collecting "our student got X position" screenshots for their next advertising campaign. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲.

The CSS ecosystem — coaching centres, test prep pages, "mentorship" programmes — all claim credit when one student passes. None claim responsibility when hundreds don't.

Because failure has no PR team.

And that is why we must own the failures ourselves.

Failing CSS does not mean you lacked capability. This exam has always had a punishingly low pass rate . Marking in English papers has been questioned even by candidates scoring 90+ in other subjects . The system is not designed to pass everyone — but it is also not perfectly fair to everyone.

To the failed candidate reading this:

· Your roll number missing from that PDF is not your worth
· The academy that now ignores you does not define you
· This result is a chapter, not the book

You now carry something the fresh celebrants don't yet have: the weight of having fallen and the steel to stand back up. Use that.

If you're continuing — evaluate honestly. Identify what cracked. Was it English? Was it optional subject choice? Was it time management on the day? Fix it surgically.

If you're walking away — walk away with your head up. CSS is a path. It was never the only path.
