Nauman is an Associate member of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, a Fellow member of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Internal Auditor. He is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Bayt Inc., the Middle East's # 1 job site. He started off his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and went on to work for FTSE listed No.1 Health & Fitness provider in U.K.

Nauman has demonstrated leadership skills throughout his academic and professional career. He holds the prestigious accolade of being the first member to be elected at the ACCA Global Council from UAE. Nauman is also a member of the Global Tax Forum and Accountants in Businesses Forum at ACCA. He is a founding member of UAE Members Advisory Committee for ACCA and also held its honorary Chairman position.
