What a memorable day! It was an absolute honour to be here and receive this award. My hard work of 8 years, and all the time that I gave to my baby, Little Sprinkle, has paid off. I feel so grateful to have been a part of this ceremony. This is my chance to convey a heartfelt thanks to everyone out there who believed in me more than I believed in myself. Forever and ever grateful to Allah SWT for making me worthy of this. My family, my friends, my colleagues and all those people who supported me throughtout my journey. Even in the most difficult times like Covid, thank you to those customers who trusted me with their orders. A big BIG thank you to CEBO management company for arranging this great event. They are the ones who have been playing the major part in giving recognition to entrepreneurs like us. For the past 5 years they have been hosting the Culinary and Hospitality Awards and this year was my time to shine. It's a roller coaster of emotions for me - a mix of excitement, pride, happiness and gratefulness. This award is not just for me, but for all the hours, the nights that I have spent in my studio perfecting my craft.

And lastly, the one person who I dedicate this award to, who isn't with me anymore, is my dearest mother. If she was here today, she would be so proud of me 💔 I miss you Ma!
