Act as a primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.
Plan and schedule site surveys in collaboration with project managers and installation teams.
Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and client communication logs.
Track ongoing orders, deliveries, and installations; escalate delays or issues promptly.
Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Receive and manage client complaints or revisions, and follow through until successful resolution.
Assist in daily operational tasks including job cards, purchase orders, and inventory coordination.
Support team with administrative tasks related to logistics and documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration Operations not important yet inter pass or atleast a graduate.
1 year of experience in an operations, project coordination, or client-facing role (signage industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
