We are looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to lead our elevator installation and maintenance projects.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Supervise & lead field technicians
✅ Ensure quality & timely completion of projects
✅ Monitor safety compliance & technical standards
✅ Provide training & mentoring to field teams
✅ Maintain progress reports & ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

🎓 Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
🛠️ 4 - 6 years of elevator/escalator experience
👨‍💼 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role
💡 Strong leadership, technical & communication skills
🚗 Willingness to travel to project sites
