Another project done by team EPSOLS.

Designed control system for jig dyeing machine operation. Programming was done in Delta Plc dvp30EX200r along with HMI interface. Interfaced Pt-100 to regulate steam through solenoid valve. Both Auto / Manual operations provided to the operator. In Auto mode operator only need to load the batcher and then leave it to run. Machine will automatically perform the process which operator decides depending upon the parameters provided to the machine i.e Temperature, No of cycles, Speed etc. Speed was controlled by the analog output module of the plc by providing 0-10v reference. Breaking also introduced in the machine in order to maintain tention on the cloth and its also controlled through the plc analog output. There is a function called JOG so that whenever the operator need to hold the operation to change in chemicals machine will take 2/3 rounds simultaneously as on stand still cloth will damaged.
