Truth be told, every single day gets me to a place where I am more confused of what is it that I am doing? How certain 'wins' make me question whether I even deserved it in the first place, or more so was it even mine to win? The world is perhaps the noisiest it has ever been, but it sucks when you can't even hear your own voice amidst it.
Somehow, you realize how quickly life is simply crawling by and you are now 'this person' you can't even look at in the mirror.

There's something so destructive about having a good memory, it has a way of coming back to you without any headsup. Like a bus that is about to topple all over you, but has no headlights on nor makes a sound. It just blindly speeds directly towards you until it hits you. Takes you back only to realize that most of the significant parts of your life, the good and the bad, can never truly be washed away. And though it might not be easy, might be unquestionably difficult to confront it, but it makes you, you. So it's ok, to remember certain things a little all too well. ✍️
