Requirements

⦁ Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who understands how to generate and scale leads through paid ads, funnels, automation, and performance tracking. This is not a basic social media role — we need someone who knows what they are doing and can drive measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn if needed)
Generate qualified leads for sales team
Optimize funnels and landing pages for conversions
Track and report on CPL, CAC, ROAS
Work closely with sales to improve lead quality
Build and manage marketing automation workflows
A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels
Improve overall marketing ROI
Requirements:

3+ years experience in performance marketing
