QUALITY ENHANCEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM (QETP) at Infinity Textile is a three-stage program designed by our plant manager Mr. Pradeep Lalendra, which we have been conducting successfully for years now. This first session of QETP 2019 is led by Adnan who was once a trainee in this program. We are very proud of him for showing enthusiasm in this aspect in getting to the position that he is at now.

The first stage of this program includes the theoretical training of our Line-checkers regarding the Detecting, Correcting & Preventing of errors to maintain our levels of quality. We also apply the two pizza rule at all of our training and meetings to maintain high levels of productivity and creative thinking within our workplace, ensuring that all our meeting targets are achieved in an effective manner.
