According to Sec-236CB of the Income tax ordinance 2001, FBR has authorized wedding hall owners to deduct and collect withholding tax from taxpayers either filers or Non-filers while booking. 10% tax on filer will be charged which is adjustable and 20% tax will be charged which is neither adjustable nor claimable.
