2025 AMT Under 40: Fatima Najeeb Khan Fatima Najeeb Khan is a passionate aviation maintenance professional with an extensive background in AMT education and training.

We are proud to share the remarkable progress of AWAM- Pakistan Chapter, growing stronger each day since its inception. Established in 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟴, with the support of our founding members, industry partners, and friends, the 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐌) - 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 was officially launched at the Institute of Aviation Studies (IAS), University of Management and Technology (UMT) Lahore.

We extend our sincere thanks to UMT IAS - Institute of Aviation Studies, especially to the then Program Director 𝐌𝐬. 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐞𝐛 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧 for her support and, and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧 "Special Guest Speaker" for insightful lecture on 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏-𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑨𝒊𝒓𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒇𝒕 during the launch event.

Since 2018, AWAM- Pakistan Chapter has achieved significant milestones, including securing 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, mentoring numerous aspiring aviation professionals, and providing ongoing guidance for other scholarship opportunities within the aviation sector.
