Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at INOVA BPO in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
