Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
