The Work-for-Skills Internship Program ( ) under Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program is now accepting applications! This program offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and diploma holders to gain valuable work experience in their respective fields.

Selected candidates will be hired for a period of 6 months in both new and ongoing Public Sector Development Projects (PSDPs). They will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000 while working on the project site/location or as required by the authority.
Eligibility criteria include a 16 years of education however, candidates from flood affected regions including Balochistan, rural Sindh, South Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s merged districts, the minimum required education is 14 years in any field or 2 years diploma in any technical field after matriculation from a recognized institution. Age limit is 30 years and domicile of the respective district is mandatory.
