During CSSP’s Mental Health Awareness Week Campaign (11–17 May), district-level engagements promoted psychosocial well-being and encouraged open conversations about mental health. Under this year's theme “Take Action for Mental Health,” the campaign included awareness walks, interactive sessions, and community dialogues focused on emotional well-being and collective care.

📍 Umerkot
A Mental Health Awareness Session at Hyder Farm engaged community members through brainstorming activities and a cultural play focused on emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships, and community support. The session encouraged open dialogue and strengthened understanding of mental health as an essential part of a healthy society.

📍 Sanghar
CSSP’s youth group organized a Mental Health Awareness Walk from Mirpurkhas Chowk to Sanghar Press Club to raise awareness about stress, anxiety, and depression among young people. The walk encouraged youth to openly discuss mental health challenges, seek support, and help reduce stigma in society.

📍 Mirpurkhas
At Village Veeho Kohli, Taluka Shujabad, a mental health and stress management session engaged 40 women and young girls on recognizing stress and anxiety while promoting self-care and positive coping mechanisms. Interactive discussions created a supportive space for participants to share experiences and strengthen emotional resilience.

Through these initiatives, communities were encouraged to prioritize mental wellbeing, support one another, and continue building safe spaces for awareness, empathy, and positive change.
