موسمیاتی تبدیلیوں کی وجہ سےگلگت بلتستان میں گلیشئرز کا پگھلاو پہلے سے کئی گنا زیادہ ہوچکا ہے جسکی وجہ سے اب تقریبا" روزانہ کی بنیاد پر نئے گلیشیائی جھیلیں وجود میں آ رہی ہیں۔۔ مسلسل موسمیاتی تبدیلی اور خطرناک حد تک گرمی کی حدت میں اضافے کی وجہ سے ان گلیشیائی جھیلوں میں پانی کی مقدار جب ایک حد سے تجاوز کرجاتی ہے تو یہ پھٹ جاتے ہیں اور ایک خطرناک سیلاب کی شکل اختیار کرتے ہوئے نیچے آبادیوں کا رخ کرتے ہیں اور اپنے راستے میں آنے والی ہر شے کو بہا کر لیجاتے ہیں۔۔ اس عمل کو گلاف ایونٹ کہا جاتا ہے۔۔

"An engaging Climate Change Awareness session was held at Government High School Bubar, District Ghizer, where the students showcased exceptional talent and confidence. Two students stood out with a remarkable group presentation on climate change, pledging not to litter and urging their peers to join the fight for a better environment. Their inspiring message encourages the youth to take action and work toward a sustainable future.

Today, a climate awareness session was conducted at Degree College Khaplu, where many talented students participated, and the teachers were very welcoming. It was awesome to see the talent in Ghanche, especially during the group presentations. Their ideas were truly mesmerizing.
