Karely ghost (beef karely)
Recipe:
Ingredients;
1kg beef (Gosht)
1kg Bitter Gourd Karela
100 ml Oil
2 Onions
3 Tomatoes
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt(according to your taste)
1and half tsp Chilli powder
Half tsp Turmeric Powder Haldi
8 Green Chillies
500 ml Water
Recipe:
In a deep fryer or pan, fry the sliced karela and green chili pieces until golden brown then set aside
In a large pan add the oil and heat on medium heat until hot
Add the diced onions and cook for 5 minutes until softened
Add the garlic paste and ginger paste and cook for 1-2 minutes
Add the salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder then cook the spices for 5 minutes
Add the water and the beef then cover with a lid before cooking for a further 20mins until the beef is softened.
Add the chopped tomatoes,slice onion and green chillies then cook until soft
Add the fried bitter gourd pieces then cook for another 10 minutes
Serve alongside some homemade chapatti and raitta enjoy😊pervaiz
