| The First Catanduanes Electric Cooperative, Inc. (FICELCO) has implemented a total power outage across Catanduanes province (except Palumbanes Island) today, June 9.

FICELCO Management announced that the six-hour maintenance window is designated for the commercial operations of the EPSA 2 and NPC Interim Power Supply.
