💡EXPLAINATION:

Ants are attracted to moisture ( food with moisture). Pure honey has less than 20% moisture and would not attract ants.

However, as honey is exposed to the environment, it naturally draws moisture from the air to the outer layer of the honey, this will attract ants.
So different honey will start attracting ants at different stages, and different brands too, depending on how much moisture is in that authentic honey.
