In MLM industry, the true success is not measured on how much money you gained but how much respect you earned from the people. Many have earned millions in the industry but never had the name. A True leader is always a leader wherever and whenever.
A True leader is always part of the solution and not part nor the start of a problem. A True leaders speak with wisdom and give positiveness to everyone. Always hunger for progress and not looking for the fault of others. True RED family help one another and build camaraderie rather than pulling down one another. I see not only good things but greatness in all our RED distributors and partners. I hope everyone can see that too! And if we appreciate those things that we can see, there are no small and big things anymore, but all things are part of one big picture towards our ultimate goal. And that is SUCCESS. :-)

Dans l'industrie MLM, le vrai succès n'est pas mesuré sur la quantité d'argent que vous avez gagnée, mais combien de respect vous avez gagné des personnes. Beaucoup ont gagné des millions de personnes dans l'industrie mais n'ont jamais eu le nom. Un vrai leader est toujours un chef de file où que ce soit et quand tout au long. Un vrai leader fait toujours partie de la solution et non de la partie ni le début d'un problème. Un véritable dirigeants parle avec la sagesse et donnez de la positivité à tout le monde. Toujours la faim de progrès et ne pas chercher la faute des autres. La vraie famille rouge aide-on et construire une camaraderie plutôt que de se retirer les uns des autres. Je vois non seulement de bonnes choses mais de la grandeur dans tous nos distributeurs et partenaires rouges. J'espère que tout le monde peut voir ça aussi! Et si nous apprécions ces choses que nous pouvons voir, il n'y a plus de petites et grandes choses, mais toutes choses font partie d'une grande image vers notre objectif ultime. Et c'est le succès. :-)
