Facing the South-West, we embraced the challenge of afternoon sunlight with Balitecture-inspired solutions, anchored in tropical sensibility, sustainability, and everyday comfort.

A proposed 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 will be built in San Joaquin, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, as a commissioned design for Engr. Marcos Manzanilla. We are very grateful for the trust and positive feedback from our Kabayan client in the U.S. In God we trust!
