I was still the Head of HR of one of the divisions of 2Go when I met IMG. I had the same questions, doubts, so I decided to attend a session with Nancy. Baka scam (?), or hindi match sa corporate values ng company ang mga tinuturo nitong babaeng ito 😁 hihi .. so before pa sya makapang influence ng iba pa, I had to stop this lady from conducting training sessions.
So I attended, late na nga ako, di ko pa natapos (you know how it is in the corp world, daming deadlines!) but in the few minutes that I sat in, madaming learning, madaming realizations!

I worked for 20 years with the Aboitiz Transport Group, left Aug 15, 2011 & 5 days after, I joined IMG. That means, this year, 10 years na ang Financial Literacy Advocacy ko. 🥰Hindi na bumalik sa corp world, nag IMG na lang.

Fast forward to today. Promoted to CEO na kami ni bff mars Geena Casipe Laserna & bff na rin namin yun babaeng nagko conduct dati ng training on Financial Literacy sa hangar 😂. At libo libo na na ang mga naturuan namin at nabago ang buhay sa IMG... ours included. Madami na ring improvements of course with how we do things in IMG, madami ng benefits!
