BREAKING: NORECO 2 announced Wednesday, August 17, 2022, that there is a major power outage affecting the Amlan-Siaton 69kV transmission line of the NGCP.

The outage began at 10:00 a.m. and affects parts from Calo, San Jose and the entire areas of Sibulan, Dumaguete City, Valencia, Bacong, Dauin, Zamboanguita and Siaton.

The electrical cooperative is waiting for an official statement from the NGCP.
