At the Moment!
BTVTEd-3 students are having a fantastic time learning to bake in their Home Economics Literacy class! "Learning by doing" is definitely the best way to master bread and pastry.

What delicious treats are they kneading up today? I'm excited to hear about their first-time baking adventures and can't wait to see their finished products!

What an incredible day with these amazing BTVTEd-FSM students!

Our culminating activity for Bread and Pastry Baking was a huge success, showcasing their fantastic skills. We whipped up everything from delicious bread and sweet pan de leche to perfectly swirled jelly roll cakes, savory pizzas, intricate petit fours, and fluffy chiffon cakes.

So proud of their hard work and dedication!

Witnessing the culinary magic of my BTVTED students! 🦐

They transformed humble ingredients into a symphony of flavors, culminating in a breathtaking Shrimp Bisque. Each spoonful was a journey through the ocean's depths, a testament to their dedication and skill. The aroma alone was a floral serenade! So proud of their stock, soup, and sauce mastery!
