Grade 7 Enrollment Reminder:

Please take note of the enrollment steps:

1. Secure a Brigada Slip at the Grade 7 area at the covered court and complete your Brigada participation while your child takes the Reading Assessment Exam.

2. After completing both the Brigada activity and Reading Assessment, submit all required documents to the SPJ Coordinator at the SPJ building.

All required documents include:
a. Original Report Card (Form 9)
b. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
c. One (1) Long Brown Folder. FOLDER JUD, DILI ENVELOPE
d. Black or Blue Ballpen Enrollment Reminder
