Office of the Student of Affairs and Services (OSAS) issued memorandum no. 2024-09-13 series of 2024 to remind all students of the STRICT PROHIBITION against the UNAUTHORIZED USE of the Philippine College Foundation (PCF) LOGO, SCHOOL PROPERTY, and OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS on any social media platforms, website, or other mediums.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴:

1. 𝙐𝙣𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙐𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝘾𝙁 𝙇𝙤𝙜𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙉𝙖𝙢𝙚

The PCF logo, school name, and other official branding elements are the intellectual property of the institution. The use of these items without formal permission from the school administration is strictly prohibited.

• This includes the unauthorized use of the logo on social media pages, websites, blogs, printed materials, or any online and physical platforms.

• Misuse of the logo or branding creates confusion and can misrepresent the institution's official stance, potentially harming the school's reputation.

2. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨' 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨

• Posting, sharing, or distributing any internal memos, announcements, or documents bearing signatures of key officers (e.g., the President, Heads of Departments, or any other official school officers) is not allowed unless authorized by the appropriate office.

• Memos and documents that bear official signatures are the property of PCF and are intended for internal use. Sharing them without approval violates school policy.

3. 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙑𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

• Students who engage in unauthorized use of the PCF logo, school branding. or official documents will face disciplinary action in line with the school's guidelines. This could include warnings, suspension, or more severe penalties based on the gravity of the offense.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼:

Cease Unauthorized Use Immediately: If you are currently using the PCF logo, name, or sharing official documents without permission, please remove them immediately from any public platforms.

Seek Approval for Use: If you require the use of the school's logo, branding, or official documents, please contact the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) for the necessary approval.

Reminder on Responsible Representation

We encourage students to express themselves responsibly while respecting the intellectual property of the institution. Maintaining the integrity of the school's image is a shared responsibility that ensures a positive reflection of PCF to the public.
