Ben Room ₱2,000 per night (good for 4 persons)
Ritz Room P2,500 per night (good for 7persons)
Buenas Room P1,800 per night (good for 4 persons)

Standard Check-in: 1:00 PM

Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM

➕ Additional Charges

Extra Person: ₱300 per head/night

Early Check-in: Before 10:00 AM → ₱300 per hour

Late Check-out:

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM → ₱300 per hour

After 4:00 PM → Full night rate applies

Use of Kitchen: ₱200 per day

Parking Fee: ₱50 per night

Lost Key Charge: ₱500

Children below 3 years old are free (maximum of 1 child per room).

Peak Season & Holidays: ₱200 additional per night.
