9. SSS, GSIS, o UMID ID card
10. IBP ID card
11. PRC ID card
12. Certificate of Confirmation mula sa National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (para sa mga kasapi ng ICCs o IPs)
13. Iba pang valid government-issued ID card
