On June 13, 2026 at about 7:30 AM, PCPT MACARIO A MENDOZA, Duty Officer under the leadership of PLTCOL ELMER D RECINTO - Chief, Special Operations Unit, conducted Daily PNP Personnel Accounting Report (DPPAR) and Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) related toβ’ PNP MC No. 16-003 "Revised Rule of Procedure Before the Administrative Disciplinary Authorities and Internal Affairs Service of the Philippine National Police.". The said activity started with a prayer.
