DMMMSU joins the observance of 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

Peace begins when women are safe, heard, respected, and empowered to take part in decisions that shape communities and nations.

On this day, DMMMSU recognizes the vital role of women in advancing peace, justice, equality, and human dignity. Their leadership reminds us that violence is never the answer to the world’s challenges, and that lasting peace is built through inclusion, compassion, and shared responsibility.

As an academic community, the University stands with all women and girls in the call for safer, more inclusive, and peaceful spaces where every person can live free from fear, violence, and inequality.

When women thrive in peace, communities move forward.
