Need mo mag prepare ng contracts, Original and photocopies of Tax declaration, Latest RPT receipt, bill for Land & Bldg, DOAS, Certified True Copy of Title, 1904 Form, 1706 Form, 2000-OT Form, EWT for Corp,OR Business Tax, OR Transfer Tax, Tax clearance and alot of leg work going back and forth to BIR ,RD, City Hall etc.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Grabe ang dami naman at ang hirap nyan! Gaano katagal usually magtrasnfer ng title?

𝗠𝗲: Around 2-3 months. You can hire a Professional Land Transfer Service around Php40,000 to Php50,000 for a normal transfer.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: 1.5% sa turo, Php50k sa rent ng stuff and account, then another Php50k pa sa transfer. Konti nalang din naman ang idadagdag ikaw na pala magbenta. 😅
