In collaboration with Biyaya Animal Care, the Provincial Government of Bohol, and the Office of the Provincial Vetinerarian, the Local Government Unit of Tubigon brings you PROJECT K LIBRENG KATLI Alang sa mga Babaeng Iro from 8 o’clock in the morning on February 16,2026 at Tubigon Municipal Multi-purpose Building, Potohan, Tubigon.

Guidelines:
👉Pet must be REGISTERED in the Barangay/ Municipality

👉 Updated Rabies Vaccination (Vaccination should not be less than 14 days from vaccination and not more than 1 year)

👉 Maximum of 6 months old

👉Must be apparently healthy with no signs of illness (NO symptoms such as vomiting,no appetite, weakness,fever,etc.within the last 14DAYS; not heavily infested with ticks and fleas)

👉HAS NO BITING HISTORY within the LAST 14 DAYS (Not bitten and did not bite - wa nakapaak ug wa napaakan)

👉Pet as undergone at least 8 hours fasting (NO FOOD/ NO WATER)

👉If possible,bathe pet beforehand prior to the scheduled surgery

👉HAS NOT UNDERGONE ANY MEDICATION within the last 14 days

👉Pet must wear a collar,and must be leashed or is inside a cage while in the venue

👉 Maximum of 2 pets per owner
