The Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer (OPSWDO) and Cavite Migration and Development conducted a “Brownies and Empanada Making a Livelihood Training for OFW returnees and their Family” last May 24, 2023 and in partnership with the OPCDO
It aims to provide alternative source of income for the OFW returnees and their family. Thank you to all the participants and to our kind trainer! May this be the start of your own businesses! ✨
