1. COUGH - LAGUNDI
Hugasan mabuti ang Dahon bale 2 baso nito + dalawang baso tubig; pakuluan 10 minutes, palamigin at inumin 2 kutsara 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

2. URIC_ACID - ULASIMANG BATO o Pansit-pansitan: Hugasan at pakuluan ang 2 basong dahon sa 2 basong tubig ng 10 minuto. Palamigin at inumin. 2 kutsara 3 times a day for 1 month.

3. CHOLESTEROL - GARLIC (Bawang):
Ibabad ang bawang sa s**a ng 30 minuto o banlian ng pinakulong tubig ng 5 minuto. Uminom ng 2 butil, 3 times a day for 1 month.
