- Use in the morning and at night as your daily cleanser. Apply to damp face and lather for 2-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.

- After cleansing, place a small amount of toner on your face using cotton. Spread out evenly with upward motion on your face and neck. Use twice daily in the morning and at night.
