Our statement about Bicol Patient #138
The aforemention patient is not an employee of Beshie neither been one. We can guarantee that when the cases emerged in Naga City recently, we have closely mandated our guidleines for your Beshie riders to be more careful and follow strict health protocols such as:
•Monitoring their temperature every 4 hours
•Tracing all their contacts especially people in their households
•Sanitizing right after pick up and drop off
•Washing their hands every hour
We have also provided health protocols for our carpooling services for customers. Providing them questionnaires to answer before confirming their booking request.
Right now, it's all of us. It is our responsibility to contain this virus. Let us help each other. This jsut doesn't apply to us but also for all delivery provider. We will be asking for your cooperation.
We will be posting in a few some guidelines to follow such as:
• Providing a platform (chair or table) outside your home. This is for your rider/provider to place in your delivery item
• Using contactless/cashless payment such as: GCASH, BANK TRANSFERS and many more.
•In case that cashless payment is not available, you can provide an exact amount of cash in a piece of paper or envelope.
•In any case that you don't have an exact amount of cash, please inform us ahead of time so that your rider is prepared to provide you a spare change encase in an envelope or piece of paper.
We are committed to serve you since day 1, we know that you need us the most especially in this dark time. We will still work with you and work with our community to contain this virus.
We can guarantee you that your business with us is safe.
