Hey team 😊 Just thought I’d share some of our favorite tools we use at our marketing agency in case it’s helpful for you!

🎨 Canva — graphic design.
👍 Publer — social media scheduling (used to use Buffer but AppSumo had a lifetime deal for this. Keep an eye out, they often have good deals!)
📊 Reporting — To be honest I haven’t found one that does what I need and doesn’t cost a fortune. Currently using Oviond but it’s a bit clunky. In the process of making my own custom one.
🏃🏻‍♂️Trello — Project/task management.
✅ Best Hashtags — This is a free website you can enter your post’s topic and it spits out a bunch of popular hashtags to use in the comments.
✍️ Google Slides — For getting posts approved by clients.
🖥 Squarespace — full websites (much easier than WordPress but more powerful than Wix).
📱 SwipePages — lead gen landing pages (was using ClickFunnels but this is more cost-effective)
📫 Encharge — email marketing (good for advanced automation but check out SendFox for a free alternative to Mailchimp)
🤝 HubSpot — CRM and sales.
📆TidyCal — booking and scheduling meetings (a cheaper alternative to Calendly)
🤖 SE Ranking — for website audits and keeping track of Google rankings.
🔒 Last Pass — Storing passwords.
