I’ve been sitting here feeling so incredibly grateful today, and I just wanted to share it with you all.
Every single time I pack up a batch of cacao to send out to our community, it honestly blows my mind. I feel so lucky that the universe gave us this incredible plant medicine. It’s not just a drink, it’s this amazing, abundant tool that has helped so many of us wake up, step into our power, and start leading, inspiring, and helping others heal.

To every yoga teacher, meditation guide, and breathwork instructor who uses our cacao to hold space- thank you. Truly.

I want to give a massive shoutout to .journeys Thank you so much for always trusting our cacao to support your beautiful breathwork classes.

Seeing how you use this sacred tool to help people dive deep and connect with themselves is exactly why I love doing this.

okay. part 2. i kept my word.

discernment::

i used to think it meant being selective in a cold way. like building a wall and calling it wisdom. but that's not it at all.

it's quieter than that. it's the thing your body already knew before your mind caught up. the tiredness after certain conversations. the way you rehearse what you're going to say before you even get there.

the version of yourself that shrinks
just a little
just enough
so the other person stays comfortable.

that's not you being too sensitive.

that's information.

nobody taught us to read it that way. we were taught to override it. push through. give people the benefit of the doubt until there's no doubt left to give.

and then we wonder why we're exhausted.

i'm still learning this. genuinely. some days i get it right. some days i still say yes when my whole chest says no. but i'm getting better at catching the gap between what i feel and what i perform.

that gap
that's where discernment lives.
