🚨 CUSTOMER ADVISORY: MODEM LOS LIGHT BLINKING RED?

Experiencing No Internet Connection because your modem’s LOS light is blinking red?

A blinking or solid red LOS (Loss of Signal) light means your fiber modem is not receiving a signal, which may result in a loss of internet service.

Common Causes:

πŸ”΄ Loose or disconnected fiber cable
πŸ”΄ Damaged fiber line or cable cut (see advisory)
πŸ”΄ Service outage in your area (see advisory)
πŸ”΄ Equipment or network issue
* if no advisory posted, it is possible that it is an isolated case scenario on your connection

What You Can Do:

βœ… Ensure the fiber cable is securely connected to your modem.
βœ… Do not unplug or bend the fiber optic cable.
βœ… Restart your modem by unplugging the power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
βœ… If the LOS light remains red after restarting, please contact our support team.
