🚨 CUSTOMER ADVISORY: MODEM LOS LIGHT BLINKING RED?

Experiencing No Internet Connection because your modem’s LOS light is blinking red?

A blinking or solid red LOS (Loss of Signal) light means your fiber modem is not receiving a signal, which may result in a loss of internet service.

Common Causes:

🔴 Loose or disconnected fiber cable
🔴 Damaged fiber line or cable cut (see advisory)
🔴 Service outage in your area (see advisory)
🔴 Equipment or network issue
* if no advisory posted, it is possible that it is an isolated case scenario on your connection

What You Can Do:

✅ Ensure the fiber cable is securely connected to your modem.
✅ Do not unplug or bend the fiber optic cable.
✅ Restart your modem by unplugging the power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
✅ If the LOS light remains red after restarting, please contact our support team.
